'Oru Naal Varum' - Review
Mohanlal - Sreenivasan's 'Oru Naal Varum' released yesterday and getting good response from the audience.
The magic of the duo is repeating in this movie also. But somewhere the old combination is missing, though they have done an excellent job.
Gopikrishnan (Sreenivasan) is an Assistant Town Planning Officer, who misuses his powers, bends rules on receiving bribes and never cares about the poor. He has great dreams about his daughter and is saving money to get a seat for her admission to a medical college.
Sukumaran (Mohanlal) approaches Gopikrishnan for approval to build a house. The two were part of a scuffle earlier and the Town Planner makes life hell for the hapless Sukumaran. Now, we can't reveal further about the storyline as there are some suspense elements involved here.
Some interesting twist and turns and descent script makes the film a good one. Mohanlal and Sreenivasan handled their roles very well and we can watch a healthy acting competition with these acting legends.
'Oru Naal Varum' handles the current issue and the director T K Rajeev Kumar and team has almost succeeded in their attempt to make it reachable to the audience.
So go for the movie, definitely you will have a great two and half hour to enjoy.

very bad movie,
enthina ingane oru nayika, keralathil nayikamar illatheyo, second half too much boring.
Old chemistry might be missing b'coz they both have grown individually so much as actors. Or, may be it needs the right director to bring it out...however, i am sure their new chemistry would be much much better than the poor remakes of that old magic that priyadarshan is trying hard to create in bollywood now and fails so miserably...
Malayala cinima is a big failur. Srini killed our trust on him. #Orunalvarum is the worst film of the year.
Excelent story and amazing acting for lalettan&sreeni
