Mohanlal - Anwar Rasheed Team Again

Anwar Rasheed seems to be the luckiest among the young breed of directors, who is always called in to direct new projects with the Super stars of Malayalam cinema.Even for his debut film, he was the last minute rearrangement by his guru Renjith, who asked him to do the flick 'Rajamanikyam'.The talented young director made good use of his technique and the film became one of the biggest grosser of Mollywood. There after he was lucky, the second time with 'Chotta Mumbai' which got off to a bad start, but picked up to become one among the top ten hits of 2007.At present, Anwar is filming Mammootty in double roles for his new flick 'Annan Thampi' in Pollachi. Scheduled for this vishu, the film is an action comedy, which will cater to all types of audiences.And now for the big news. Maniyanpillai Raju, the producer of ‘Chotta Mumbai’, is repeating Anwar once again as his director for the next project which also have Mohanlal in the lead.Produced in the banner if Sreebhadra Films, the movie will have scripts by the hit pair Sachi-Sethu , who hit big time with their 'Chocolate'. This new project will start rolling by the month of June, after the release of 'Annan Thampi'
