'Janakan' Release Postponed to April 8th

Yes folks, if the sources are to be believed, the releasing date of Mohanlal- Suresh Gopi starrer movie 'Janakan' will release on 8th of April. The movie was scheduled to hit theater on 1st of April. But due to some unknown reason the releasing date has been changed to 8th of the month.

The movie Janakan is directed by N R Sanjeev and scripted by S N Swamy features Biju Menon, Harisree Ashokan and others. The movie is an investigation thriller. The film will be distributed by Max Lab Entertainment.

'Playback Singer' Mohanlal

Mohanlal is again coming up with a song. Mohanlal made his debut as a singer in 'Chithram' and that was super hit. 'Bhramaram' was the last film which Mohanlal has lended his voice for the song "annarakanna va...", one of the favorite song of the year 2009. 

The latest news is that Mohanlal has lended his voice to the song for the move "Oru naal varum". The movie scripted by Sreenivasan, is almost completed its shooting. The song which goes like ''Nathoone, Nathoone'' is penned by poet Murukam Kattakkada and is set to music by playback singer M G Sreekumar.

The movie is expected to reach theaters on the last week of April.

Mohanlal will have a release, 'Janakan' on 1st week of April.  The movie is directed by N R Sanjeev will feature Mohanlal as a Criminal Lawyer Adv.Soorya Narayan. Suresh Gopi, Biju Menon and Harisree Ashokan are handling the role of murderers in the film. Adv. Soorya Narayanan is coming to release these 3, who trapped in a murder case.

The famous thrilling script writer S N Swamy is scripted the movie, who has alerady a good track record in this type of script. M Jayachandran is worked on music section. Produced in the banner of Line of colours, the movie will be brought to theatres by Max Lab entertainments.

Real Action Time for Mohanlal

Hey I am not talking about any film, but our Mohanlal is going to undergo 3 day post-commission training at the 122 TA Battalion, Kannur. Today i.e on 25th March night he will join the team.

He has acted as 'Major' in two super hit Malayalam movies, "Keerthi Chakra" and "Kurukshetra" directed by Major Ravi, which lead him to get the honor Lt.Col with his name.

'Oru Naal Varum' - June Release

The most anticipated movie 'Oru Naal Varum' is planning to hit theaters on June. The evergreen hit duo Mohanlal and Sreenivasan are joining together in this film and Sreeni himself scripted the film .The movie is directed by T K Rajeev Kumar. The makers are planned to complete the shooting in a single schedule.

The bollywood beauty Sameera Reddy is debuting in Malluwood with this movie. She is working hard to make her debut a big one and the teams are impressed by her performance. She is playing the role of Mohanlal's wife, an IT employee.

Kudos to Mohanlal

On yesterday Mohanlal received the honorary doctorate award from the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit on a special event held at Kalady. Along with Mohanlal the Oscar award winner Rasul Pookkutty also received the doctorate.

Soorya out of Kandahar?

Major Ravi’s project Kandahar was earlier planned to bring Tamil star Soorya in a commander role, but Soorya called Mohanlal as he is also the producer of “Kandahar” and informed his unavailability due to date clash. So Mohanlal is in search of a new Tamil action hero to do the commando role. Amithab Bachan is also playing an important role in this film.

The movie Kandahar is in news as the film is Big B’s entry to Malluwood.

Mohanlal to Support Khadi

Accepting State Industrial Minister Elamaram Kareem's request, Mohanlal has agreed to become the brand ambassador of Khadi. Minister Elamaram Kareem also said that Mohanlal agreed to endorse the Khadi and handloom clothes without any compensation.
