Janakan for April first week

Mohanlal will have a release, 'Janakan' on 1st week of April.  The movie is directed by N R Sanjeev will feature Mohanlal as a Criminal Lawyer Adv.Soorya Narayan. Suresh Gopi, Biju Menon and Harisree Ashokan are handling the role of murderers in the film. Adv. Soorya Narayanan is coming to release these 3, who trapped in a murder case.

The famous thrilling script writer S N Swamy is scripted the movie, who has alerady a good track record in this type of script. M Jayachandran is worked on music section. Produced in the banner of Line of colours, the movie will be brought to theatres by Max Lab entertainments.

Rajavinte Makan for a Remake

The evergreen hit "Rajavinte Makan", which gave mohanlal the super star label in his film career, is moving on its way to a remake. The Lal's Man Anotny Perumbavoor called on the director Thambi Kannanthanam and the script writer Dennis Joseph for a discussion on it. The latest report says that the team has agreed for a remake rather than a sequel.

Suresh Gopi also agreed to do the role which he played in the original .Pooja for the new movie is on the 16th of July, the date on which the original movie was released 25 years ago. The movie will be produced by "Aashirwaad Cinemas"

Christian Brothers will start on Jan 11

Another multi-starrer film "Christian Brothers" directed by veteran Joshiy,  will start its shoot from Jan 11th. The movie was in trouble because the Producers’ Association had asked them to bring their budget down to three and a half crore.

The film casts Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi, Dileep, and Kavya Madhavan in the lead. The script work is by Udaya Krishna - Sibi K Thomas and produced by Subair and Anoop.

But there is another tragic news is that the big budget movie "Casanova" is dropped by the producer. The news is not declared officially.

"Janakan" for 2010 January

Mohanlal - Suresh Gopi teams "Janakan" will reach theaters on 2010 January month. This will be Mohanlal's first release in the year 2010. The movie, directed by N R Sanjeev, debutant, was earlier planned to grace the theaters on this November.

"Christian Brothers" - Pooja held at Kochi

Yesterday the pooja of the multistarrer malayalam film "Christian Brothers" was held at Kochi. Mohanlal is in the lead role of the film with "Suresh Gopi" and "Dileep". The other attraction of the film is the comeback of "Kavya Madhavan", she is the heroine of Mohanlal.

Veteran director "Joshiy" will direct the film with the script of Udaya Krishna - Sibi K Thomas. The movie to be produced by AV Anoop and Subair. Tamil actor Arjun also playing an important role in the film .The movie will be completed in a single schedule of fifty days starting the 15th of  November. The movie is now slated as one of the big release for the summer of 2010."

Joshy with a multi starrer film "Christian Brothers"

After  Prithviraj starrer "Robinhood",  the veteran director Joshy is planning for a multi starer movie with Mohanlal, Suresh Gopi, Prithviraj and Jayasurya. The title of the film is decided as  "Christian Brothers", produced by Anoop and Varnachitra Subair. After the blockbuster Twenty:20 Sibi-Udyan team are again doing the script for a multi starer film.


Mohanlal will play the role of a gangster and Suresh Gopi, Prithviran and Jayasurya will be seen as his brothers. The shooting of the film will start to roll on November 5th and the expecting to get releasein the year 2010.

The Mohanlal - Suresh Gopi team's new movie is titled as "Janakan". The movie is directed by debutant director N R Sanjeev and scripted by S N Swamy. The movie is on its sets at Trivandrum and Mohanlal will join the team on 10th of this month.
