It was on the location of 'Casanova'. The team was shooting a bike chase sequence and Mohanlal was acting without dupe. While the chase he fell down from the bike, but escaped without any injury. The bike falls down from 8 feet height. After taking rest for some hours, he continued his acting to complete the action scenes.
